Come Join Us for the Identity Theft Conference!
The day will include a keynote address, a panel Q&A with adult adoptees and former foster youth, afternoon workshops and round table discussions. Each portion of the day will address the topics of loss, grief, race and identity from the adoptee and foster youth perspective.
Speakers include Keri Richmond, Lino Martinez, Rebecca Ricardo and more.
We encourage you to come with an open mind ready to listen and learn perspectives that will equip and empower you to better serve the mental, emotional and racial needs of these children at an earlier age.
Dates & Times:
- Friday, March 18, 2022 for Professionals from 9:00-5:00pm
- Saturday, March 19, 2022 for Caregivers* from 9:00-5:00pm
*Childcare will be provided for an additional fee.
Coffee, Water, Snacks and Lunch will be included both days.
COVID Protocols:
- Social distancing guidelines will be in place during all sessions and workshops.
- Masks will be required for all unvaccinated persons.
- Masks will be required for everyone during any walking around the premises.
